I am currently updating previous research on the subject of Information
overload/ 'Datasmog'.
I would be interested to know how much paper is still used and statistics
on:
1. Volume of emails received and time wasted going through these.
2. Amount of data an average person is bombarded with.
3. Reuters did such a survey in 1997 called 'Dying for information'. I am
sure things are much worse now..
4. How it effects decision making.
5. What solutions exist to combat this phenomena. How it changes mental
processing of data ('hedgehogs' vs 'foxes'
Many thanks
